
Ingredients:
200 grams of fresh shrimp
2 slices of ginger2 scallions, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine
Seasoning 1:
soy sauceand Japanese wasabi
Seasoning 2: garlic paste, salt, pour hot cooked oil over it, soy sauce, sugar
Seasoning 3: chopped scallion, ginger, salt, pour hot cooked oil over it, soy sauce, sugar
Seasoning 4:
green bell peppercut into rings and fry in oil briefly, add salt, soy sauce, sugar
Steps:
1. Place water, ginger slices, tied scallions, and cooking wine in a pot and bring to a boil.
2. Boil the water until it comes to a boil, then add the prepared shrimp (trimmed of legs and gut).
3. Cook the shrimp over medium heat for 1 minute, then turn off the flame.
4. Remove the shrimp from the pot and drain them.
5. Serve with preferred seasonings for dipping.
