How to Make Pork Stewed with Potatoes

Ingredients: freshpotatoes,,pork bellyorpreserved meat,oil,cumin seeds,,star anise,salt,monosodium glutamate (MSG),scallions,soy sauce..
Method:





1. In a pot, add some oil and stir-fry the cut pork belly or preserved meat along with a few cumin seeds and star anise.



2. Add the potatoes and stir-fry together with step 1. Then pour in boiling water until it covers the potatoes, adding an appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce.
3. Cover the pot and cook until the water is nearly dry, stirring a few times.



4. Finally, add scallions and MSG.
