How to Make Dumplings

Ingredients: ready-madedumpling wrappers.Pork (70% lean),,mince,Shrimp,scallions,ginger,egg whites.Seasonings: salt,
chicken essence,rice wine, pepper powder,soy sauce,and a little sesame oil.Steps:
First, mix the pork mince and shrimp, add some water, egg whites, season with salt, chicken essence, rice wine, and stir in scallion and ginger paste. Add a bit of sesame oil, mix well to make the filling.
Second, stack the ready-made dumpling wrappers, then roll them thin, fill with the prepared stuffing.
Third, prepare a bowl with an appropriate amount
of dark soy sauce,soy saucechicken essence,pepper powder,and a little sesame oil (or use a different type of oil).
Fourth, bring water to a boil in a pot, reduce heat and add the dumplings. Cover and cook until boiling again, then add cold water once more before turning off the heat.
