lay on a slice ofham.
orsmoked meat.
bacon.it's fine.add another slice of
lettuce.
or any other vegetables you like, as long as they are in slices.then add a slice of
cheese.
All done; very simple. Essentially, it's just two pieces of bread with the meat and vegetables of your choice in between.
then cut diagonally with a knife.
