Introduction:
My first attempt at making
Glutinous Rice Balls,I customized the portions, and they tasted quite good, with a nice aroma and sweet flavor.
Ingredients:
Glutinous Rice FlourRice Powder200g, Cornstarch 30g, Sesame Oil in small amount, Coconut Shavings,
Milk200g,
Peanut SauceMethod:
1. First, mix glutinous rice flour, cornstarch, milk, sugar, and a little oil until it forms a paste.
2. Cook the mixture over high heat.
Steamfor 15 minutes, then take out and cool down.
3. Since my sesame seeds are raw,
Sesame Seeds, I need to toast them in a pan without oil until they turn slightly yellow; set aside when done.
4. Take the cooled dough, shape it like a dumpling with peanut sauce as the filling, then wrap and roll in sesame seeds,
It is better if refrigerated before serving for enhanced texture.
