2. Heat a wok over medium heat and add a little sesame oil.Reduce the heat, pour in the sesame seeds and torn kelp strips, stir-fry gently with a chopstick.In no time, the kelp will puff up, becoming crispy.
3. Sprinkle salt and red pepper powder (optional) over it and mix well, then turn off the heat.Place the preparedseaweed,in a sealed container to prevent moisture and soften.
