How to Make Teriyaki Chicken Rice

Ingredients:

A. deboned chicken thigh meat, 150 grams, seven-flavor powder as needed,B. cooked rice as needed,rice seaweed as needed,soy sauce as needed,1 tablespoon,mirin as needed, 1/2 tablespoon,rice wine as needed,honey as needed,1 tablespoon

Steps:

Mixed all seasoning ingredients and set aside to make the teriyaki sauce.

Rinsed and dried deboned chicken thigh meat, cut into small pieces.

Fried the chicken pieces until they shrunk, removed them from the pan.

Cleaned the pan, heated it up and dried it again. Added the fried chicken pieces and the prepared teriyaki sauce, stir-fried to coat with flavor and reduce the sauce, then sprinkled seven-flavor powder, stir-fried briefly as filling.

Wrapped the filling around rice balls, shaped them, and optionally wrapped them in seaweed.
