Steps:………………..200g,
Peel and wash the onion, cut into thin strips;potato cut into small pieces.
remove the outer skin of asparagus, cut into 5-6cm, blanch in hot water to remove rawness.
Medium heatBurn the oil in the pot until it is 60% hot, then add the onion and stir-fry until fragrant, followed by adding potato pieces,

stir-fry until its surface turns slightly golden.Pour in the drinking water into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat to simmer. Once the potatoes are cooked, add beef slices (rolled) and cook until they are tender, skimming off any foam on the surface continuously.
Before turning off the flame, break the Hauservice curry blocks into small pieces and add them to the pot, constantly stir with a soup spoon in a clockwise direction until fully dissolved. Continue simmering for 5 minutes over low heat until it becomes thick and creamy, then add back step 1 asparagus.Finally, serve the rice on a plate and pour the cooked beef curry over it.
Tips:
Personal experience summary: The potatoes and onions must be stir-fried thoroughly in the oil pan. If not done properly, the beany smell of the potatoes will affect the overall taste.
