How to Make Crab Rice Bowl?

Ingredients:

Crab or prawn or fresh shrimp, green oniongingergarlic, a little cooking wine or rice wine,glutinous riceorindica ricein appropriate amounts.

Method:

Rinse the glutinous or indica rice and soak it overnight. Drain the water, then cook with 2 tablespoons of oil until fragrant with chopped green onion, ginger, and garlic. Add the rice and stir-fry evenly. Pour in a little cooking wine and continue to stir-fry for several minutes before transferring to a container as a base. Place the crab or other seafood on top. Cook over high heat for 30 minutes, then turn off the fire and let it sit for another 10 minutes.

A delicious dish with original flavor. For special flavors, you can add seasonings when stir-frying the rice.Live crabs and live lobsters work best as they are more juicy.
