What should I do if the rice is too salty?

If it's too salty, simply stir-fry some tomato slices and let the juice come out, or add some water, vinegar, sugar, and starch to thicken the sauce.This will give you a Shanghai or Guangdong taste, ha-ha.But if too much, it will become soup; remember not to add any more salt!
