
Ingredients:
NorthTofu (1 piece, 450 grams),Broad beans (half a bowl),

Cooking oil (for frying the tofu included),Chicken broth,

1 Wash the vegetables, pat dry the broad bean pods, slice the mushrooms, crush and finely chop the garlic, and cut the red bell pepper into rings;2 Blanch the northern tofu, then cut it into small pieces about 3 cm in size, fry them lightly until golden yellow in oil with added salt, remove and drain off excess oil;
