How to Make Caramel Milk Pudding

Ingredients: "Nissin"MilkMilk pudding powder 1 box, fresh milk 2 boxes (total 400cc)Egg1 piece (only the yolk)Yolk
Steps: 1. The pudding mix comes with pre-sweetened syrup; pour it at the bottom of a mold (I used small cups).2. Mix milk, egg yolks, and pudding powder in a small pot, stir until evenly combined.3. Heat the mixture, bring to a boil, then cook on low heat for another minute while continuously stirring.4. Once done, pour into molds with syrup at the bottom, let it cool slightly.5. Place in the refrigerator and chill for over an hour before serving.



Remember to use only the egg yolk!



Caramel should be poured at the bottom of the cup.



Pour the cooked pudding liquid into the cups.

Place in the refrigerator and chill for over an hour before serving



Turn upside down onto a plate, done!
