Ingredients:
Main ingredients: thin pancake flour 1 cup,
Bread1 cup,
Side ingredients:
tofu strips2 pieces,
lettuce1 piece, tomatoes 3 pieces.
Seasonings: water 1/2 cup, oregano a little
Steps:
(1) mix water and pancake flour to make batter;
(2) fry thin pancakes in a non-stick pan with a little oil;
thin pancakes;
(3) chop tomatoes into pieces, cook for 5 minutes, add oregano and seasonings;
(4) wash lettuce, cut tofu strips longwise;
(5) place vegetables and tofu on the pancake, roll into a tube.
