First make the sweet red bean paste
1 Soak red beans in water overnight
2 Place red beans in a pot with an appropriate amount of water and cook until soft and tender
3 Drain excess water from cooked red beans into a pan if needed
4 Mash the red beans using a spoon
5 In a pan, add cane sugar and simmer on low heat while stirring until all liquid evaporates


Purple yam sweet red bean cake
1 Wash and peel purple yams
2 Cut into small pieces
3 Steam the cut purple yams
Until cooked4 Mix with milk bean and mash using a rolling pin to form a paste
5 Divide the purple yam paste and sweet red bean paste into portions: 30g for purple yam, 20g for sweet red beans
6 Take a portion of the purple yam dough, roll it into a ball, flatten it, and enclose the sweet red bean paste
7 Gently wrap to ensure complete coverage by the purple yam dough

8 Lightly grease a mold with oil, then place the prepared purple yam balls inside the mold9 Press down on them slightly and unmold onto a cutting board
10 Enjoy it, you can drizzle
