Ingredients

Steps

1. Mix glutinous rice flour with middle gluten flour

2. Pour in water, sugar, yeast and baking powder (choose aluminum-free baking powder)

3. Stir until well combined

4. Grease a mold

5. Pour the batter into the mold

6. Let it rise until bubbles appear on the surface and slightly expand

Steps

1. Mix the sugar with water until dissolved, then gradually pour it into the glutinous rice flour while stirring.Meanwhile, sift the middle gluten flour and baking powder together and mix them with the prepared batter evenly.

2. Line a bowl with red pastry paper, then pour about 80% of the mixed batter into the bowl.

3. Steam in a steamer until it's done after water boils for about 30 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool before removing.
