Editor: Chinese Food Network Mobile site

Ingredients:Pigskin300 grams, garlic,cilantroas needed
Seasonings: salt 1 teaspoon, highsoy sauceas needed

Method:
1. Let the pigskin thaw naturally, then soften it with hot water; remove any hair and wash it before cutting into thin strips;
2. Finely chop the garlic, place in a small bowl, and mix with soy sauce to create a dressing;
3. Boil some water in a pot, add the pigskin when cold, bring to a boil, then remove and rinse with cold water;
4. Boil again, add the previously rinsed pigskin, bring to a boil, add salt, then simmer on low heat for 2 hours;
5. Once it reaches a semi-gelatinous state, turn off the heat and let it cool; refrigerate for 4 hours, then remove from the refrigerator, slice, and drizzle with garlic soy sauce before serving.

Warm Tip:
1. To remove the pig hair, soften the skin with hot water and use fire to roast the surface of the pigskin, making it easy to remove the hair.
2. Adding salt when simmering helps in better setting during refrigeration and gives the pigskin a base flavor.
