Ingredients:
Brown rice flourflour, self-rising flour in a 2:1 ratio, water, 1 teaspoon of salt, red sugar (or white sugar)

Mix brown rice flour and self-rising flour in a 2:1 ratio, add sugar, mix well.
In the flour, stir while adding water to form lumps.
Use warm milk (or warm water) to dissolve the yeast powder.milk

Mix the yeast water into step 2 and stir until it becomes a thin batter. Place in a warm place to ferment for about 40 minutes, the batter will expand to twice its size.
Remove the fermented batter (you can see many air holes on top). Add raisins.
Place in a steamer, add cold water and steam over high heat until it starts steaming. Steam for another 15 minutes.
SteamTurn off the fire and let it sit for 10 minutes before removing.Remove after letting it sit for about 10 minutes off the heat.
