How to Make Home-style Meat Patties

Main ingredients:Flour
Auxiliary materials: ground meat, green onion,ginger
Seasonings: salt,monosodium glutamate,black pepper, Chinese five-spice powder, sesame oil,soy sauce, cooking wine,sesame seedswater
Cooking method:
1. Put flour in a bowl and mix with warm water until it forms a dough; let it rest for a while before use;
2. Add salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, sesame-seed water, Chinese five-spice powder, black pepper, sesame oil, chopped green onion and ginger to the ground meat, then mix well;
3. Roll out the dough into a slightly larger sheet, place it with the meat filling on top, add another layer of green onions, fold it four times along one direction, roll it flat again, and cook in anpancakegrill until cooked through.
