Method:

1 Half a sheet of homemade fried pancake.

2 Cut the fried pancake into wide strips.

3 Prepare Chinese cabbage, green onion, ginger, salt, and soy sauce.

4 Wash and cut the Chinese cabbage into strips;Cut the ginger and scallions into slices.

5 Heat a wok and add oil, then stir-fry the ginger and scallions until fragrant.

6 Add the Chinese cabbage and stir-fry until soft.

7 Add salt and soy sauce and mix well.

8 Add the pancake strips and stir-fry evenly.

9 Serve the seasoned pancake strips in a bowl.
