Ingredients:
Preparedhoney fungus500 grams, wax gourd strips 40 grams, water-soakedmushrooms30 grams, green onions 15 grams,red bell pepper,gingerslices and garlic slices each 10 grams, cooking wine,soy sauceeach 20 grams,sodium chlorideandchicken essenceeach 2 grams,pepper powder.5 gram, water-starch 10 grams, broth 300 milliliters,pork oil70 grams.
Method:
1. Cut the prepared honey fungus, wax gourd strips, and mushrooms into slices.Cut the green onions into segments.
2. Blanch the honey fungus slices in boiling water for a while then remove them.Heat the pork oil in the pot, add ginger.garlic slices, and dried red chili peppers to stir-fry until fragrant, then add wax gourd slices, mushrooms, quickly stir-fry, add cooking wine, soy sauce, and broth, bring to a boil.
3. Add honey fungus slices, sodium chloride, chicken essence, cook until tender and the sauce is thickened with green onions, use water-starch to thicken the sauce, remove from heat, serve in a plate, sprinkle pepper powder on top.
