Thousand-layer Pastry Oil
CakeIngredients:
1. 200 grams of medium flour, 50 grams of salad oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, about 70 grams of boiling water

1. Place the materials from step 1 in a mixer and set to "7" speed for 30 minutes (or manually knead the dough until it reaches the three-nothings state if you don't have a mixer). Let it rest for 30 minutes.

4. Divide both mixtures from steps 1 and 2 into five equal parts each.
5. Enclose one part of mixture 2 inside one part of mixture 1, flatten it and roll it thin.
6. Sprinkle with salt, apply oil, sprinkle with green onions
7. Roll up the dough into a ball, then flatten and expand again.
8. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over low heat and fry both sides until golden and cooked through.
