How to Make Japanese Stir-Fried Noodles

Ingredients:
Sesame seeds3 milliliters of rapeseed oil,Rapeseed oil15 milliliters,Chili paste30 grams, 2 cloves of garlic, chopped and peeledChicken breast4 pieces, cut into 2.5 cm square pieces,Soy sauce120 milliliters,Onion1 bulb, longitudinally sliced into 8 portions, half a cabbage, ,Radish2 roots, cut into pieces,Buckwheat noodles225 grams, cooked and drained
Instructions:
1. Place the sesame oil, rapeseed oil, and chili paste in a pan and stir-fry for 30 seconds.Then add the garlic and stir-fry for another 30 seconds.Next addchickenand half of the soy sauce until the chicken is no longer pink.Remove from heat and set aside to keep warm.
2. In a separate pan, add the onion, cabbage, andradishand stir-fry until the cabbage starts to wilt.Then pour in the remaining soy sauce, cookednoodlesand the chicken mixture, stirring well.
