Making Process
(1) Beat the egg, fry it into an omelette cut into cubes and set aside.Cut the black fungus, cucumber, and tomatoes into cubes and prepare them in advance.
(2) Cook the ramen until done, then rinse with cold water and drain. Set it aside.(Other types of noodles such as fried egg noodles or oolong noodles can be used instead).
(3) Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry the onion first, then add black fungus, cucumber cubes, tomato cubes, and omelette pieces. Add the cooked ramen and seasonings including curry powder, stir well.
Put it into the bento box.(3) Blanch the string beans, season with salt and a little rice oil, mix them well.
