Steps:
1: For the pig's stomach bought, first wash it thoroughly on the surface.
2: Flip to the other side and add a large spoonful of starch with a little oil.
3: Rub vigorously by hand; gradually, many sticky substances will appear.
4: Rinse again until the pig's stomach is very clean without any mucus left. Repeat this process three times.

5: Add an appropriate amount of water to a pot and add some ginger slices and white onion segments.
6: Bring the water to a boil, then put in the cleaned pig's stomach and simmer for about 10 minutes.
7: After cooking, there is one more step. Hold the part shown with your hand; before cooking, it looks clean, but after cooking, you can easily remove that layer of membrane from its surface.
8: Rinse thoroughly once again on both sides.
