How to Make Tomato Crucian Carp Soup

No need for any additional seasonings for this soup; keeping it simple will best bring out the taste of the fish.
(1) Wash the Chinese carp thoroughly, especially inside, and slice the tomatoes. Chop the onion into flowers and ginger into slices, set aside.
(2) Start cooking now: heat some peanut oil in a pot, add the Chinese carp and fry until both sides are golden brown, then add the ginger (take care), pour enough water to cover, and start simmering.
