Ingredients:
Cabbageone, dry

Soy sauce1 tablespoon (15ml)Five slices of green onion, 2 drops of sesame oil(1) Wash the cabbage core and cut it in half vertically. Slice the cabbage at a 45-degree angle.(2) Break the dry chili peppers by hand or cut them into threads (keep the seeds), and slice the green onions.
(3) Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Once the oil is 70% heated, add the chili pepper threads and sliced green onions to fry until fragrant.
(4) When the chili pepper turns slightly darker, add the cabbage slices and stir-fry for 2 minutes.(5) Add sugar, salt, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. Continue stir-frying for another minute. Drizzle with 2 drops of sesame oil before serving.
