How to Make Stir-Fried Green Beans

Ingredients:
1 Fresh cucumberone.2 Sesame sauce
a tablespoon.3 Dark soy saucethree tablespoons.
4 Vinegartwo tablespoons.5 Rapeseed oil
a tablespoon.6 Halved garlic cloveone.
7 Salt
to taste.
Steps:
1 Use a small knife to gently scrape off the small spines of the cucumber, wash and cut it in half.
2 Place the cucumber flat on the cutting board, pound with the back of the knife, then cut into segments.

3 Put the cucumber pieces in a bowl, add salt and let sit for a few minutes before draining off the brine.

4 Chop the garlic finely and place it in a small bowl. Then mix in the sesame sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, rapeseed oil, and salt to make the dressing.

5 Just before serving, add the chopped garlic to the dressing bowl, stir well and pour over the cucumber slices.

Before serving, add garlic flakes to the flavor sauce and mix well before pouring over the cucumber.
