Black pepperA little each Parsley flakes A little Oil As needed
Method:
1. Wash the potatoes, cut them in half.
2. Place the potatoes in boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes until a fork can easily pierce them; turn off the heat.Drain well.
3. Pour oil on the bottom of the baking tray, spreading it evenly.Place the potatoes in the baking tray, sprinkle salt, black pepper, and parsley flakes on top,
Oven400°F bake for 10 minutes, take out halfway to flip them over.
