Ingredients: 300 grams of peeled pumpkin
Rice50 grams
Rice30 grams Water: 1.5 liters
Method:
1 Scrape out the inner flesh of the pumpkin, wash it, peel and cut it into small pieces for later use;
2 Pour the fragrant rice and glutinous rice together into
cooking pot. Rinse them clean with water, then pour in 1.5 liters of water all at once, stir briefly, and cook over high heat until boiling;After boiling, switch to low heat, place two long chopsticks on the surface of the pot, and cover the lid on top of the chopsticks; cook for 15-20 minutes;Stir occasionally with a spoon during cooking to prevent sticking at the bottom;

3 After 15-20 minutes, the rice grains are cooked, then add the cut pumpkin pieces, stir evenly and continue cooking over medium heat for another 15 minutes until the rice is soft and tender.
