Cut the pork spare ribs into 12 cm long pieces and rinse with clear water to remove blood.2. Marinate with the seasonings for 2 hours (seafood sauce, shrimp paste sauce, old, soy sauce, oyster sauce, MSG, sugar).3. Heat the oil to about 40% hotness, then add the ribs and fry at gradually increasing temperature until the ribs are cooked through and have a crispy skin, remove and drain.4.
