How to Make Stir-Fried Lamb with Scallions

Main ingredientsLamb meat300 gramsEgg1 piece

Seasoning: 3 stalks of green onion,Fine salt1/2 teaspoonSoy sauce1 teaspoon, Shaoxing wine 1 teaspoon,Monosodium glutamate (MSG)1/4 teaspoon, cornstarch as needed

Ingredients:   

300 grams of sliced lamb meat,Onion30 grams, 8 stalks of green onion, 4 cloves of garlic, cornstarch as needed,

Seasonings:45 grams of cooking oil, 2 teaspoons of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, whitevinegar1/2 tablespoon,sugar3 teaspoons, MSG 1 teaspoon, 

Steps:   

Marinate the lamb meat with soy sauce, MSG, and cornstarch for 10 minutes, drain off excess juice, and pat dry.

Wash the onion, cut into pieces; wash the garlic, slice into pieces; wash the green onions, cut into segments,

Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry the lamb meat for 1 minute, then remove and set aside.

In another wok with oil, add the onion, garlic, and green onions, stir-fry for 2 minutes until fragrant, then return the fried lamb to the wok and stir-fry together,add white vinegar, sesame oil, sugar,vinegar

Stir-fry all ingredients for 2 more minutes, then transfer evenly into a flat iron pot, heat over high flame, thicken with water cornstarch and serve.

Characteristics:Aromatic and tender lamb meat, bright red color.

Cooking Tip:The green onions must be stir-fried thoroughly to fully release their aroma.
