How to Make Tomato Beef Noodles?

Ingredients: homemade saucebeef(click here) and broth,buckwheat noodles, cabbage,onion( )tomato
Instructions:
1. Soak buckwheat noodles in 70-degree hot water (noodles as needed);noodlesas desired
2. Slice the cabbage and onion, and cut the tomatoes into slices;sliced beefslice for preparation;
3. Heat oil in a wok, add onions and stir-fry until they turn golden and translucent;
4. Add tomatoes and stir-fry evenly; add some of the saucebeef broth, then add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat;burningon
5. Add cabbage slices, season with salt and monosodium glutamate (MSG) as needed;monosodium glutamate
6. Drain the noodles once they are soft but still firm to the bite after soaking in hot water;
7. Arrange the beef slices and onion threads on top of the drained noodles;
8. Pour the boiling soup over them, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve.
