Fish (sea bass or sea bream)

[Cooking Steps]
(1) Wash the fish, dry it, and make two cuts on both sides.Wash the scallions, cut them diagonally, clean the garlic and ginger, and chop them finely.
(2) Coat the surface of the fish with a thin layer of cornstarch and set aside.
(3) Heat oil in a pan, fry the fish until both sides are golden brown, then remove it from the pan and place it on a plate.
(4) In another pan, stir-fry the garlic and ginger.
(5) Add the seasoning ingredients and simmer to combine well.
(6) Pour the sauce over the fried fish and sprinkle with scallions.
