Tofu Puddingsome (either in ball shape or long shape are acceptable)
GingerGarlic to taste.

Steamed FishMethod:
1. Cut the tofu pudding into small pieces and arrange them on a plate (I was so tiny that I asked my mother why they were cut this small?She said: Cutting them into small pieces means everyone can share, otherwise you might eat it all with one chopstick. Richer students now can enjoy the tofu pudding freely);
2. Clean the fish and slice it, then place the slices on top of the tofu pudding;
3. Cover with ginger and white parts of scallions (finely chopped green parts of scallions at the end);
4. Drizzle with soy sauce or fermented soybean sauce and plant oil;
Soy Sauce(or fermented soybean sauce)
5. Steam the fish in a steamer until cooked, about 10 minutes.Garnish with chopped scallions before serving.
