Recipe for Braised Crucian Carp

Ingredients:
1 Main ingredients:Chinese Crucian Carp2 pieces.
2 Seasonings:PeanutsSufficient oil, sufficient salt, 1 onion,GarlicSufficient amount, gingerSufficient amount, chopped garlic and ginger, cooking wineSufficient amount, light soy sauceSufficient amount, dark soy sauce a little bit,Oyster sauce a little bit,sugar a little bit, water sufficient,Coriander
Sufficient amount.
Preparation:
1 Remove the black membrane and intestines of the carp, cut off the pectoral fins, pat dry with paper towels and set aside.
2 Make several cuts on both sides of the fish, season the fish body with salt and cooking wine.3 Chop the garlic and ginger into small pieces. Mixsoy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar,vinegar
and a bit more water to make a seasoning sauce.
4 Heat the wok or large pan, add more oil than usual for stir-frying, and fry the fish until both sides are golden brown.
5 In another pan, heat a little oil, then sauté the chopped onion and ginger.
6 Add the fried fish to this pan, pour in the prepared seasoning sauce. Add enough water to cover the fish by one bowl.
