Recipe Name: Red-Braised Soft TofuFried Black Fungus
Main Ingredients: 500 grams of tofu.
Ingredients: Soakeddried mushrooms,flounder, and small red peppers,and ground pork.85 grams of ground meat.Seasonings: fish sauce, oyster sauce, aged soy sauce, rice wine,MSG, sesame oil, cornstarch,broth,peanutoil and chopped green onions.
1. Cut the tofu into triangular pieces that are 1.5 cm thick and 3 cm wide.Cut the soaked mushrooms, flounder, and small red peppers into fine pieces, and chop the green onions.2. Heat a wok on medium-high heat and add peanut oil until it is seven-tenths hot. Add the tofu cubes and fry until golden yellow; remove and drain the excess oil.Leave some of the oil in the pan, then add the ground meat and stir-fry to dry out the moisture. Add the chopped onions, followed by the other ingredients and seasonings such as fish sauce, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Then pour in the broth, add the fried tofu cubes, and simmer for 2 minutes until the tofu is well-seasoned. Thicken with cornstarch and drizzle with sesame oil. Toss to coat evenly and serve on a plate.
Characteristics: Golden yellow color, fresh and delicious taste.
