This time, I bought black pepper flavor pancetta; even more liked its taste.
Ingredients:
Pancetta, mushroomettes, a little oil.
Steps:
1. Cut the pancetta in half lengthwise; clean and remove the tough ends from the mushrooms, then set aside;
2. Take a few mushroomettes and wrap them with pancetta, secure the seam with a toothpick;
3. Lightly coat the pan with oil, then place the wrapped mushroom and pancetta;
4. Cover and cook over low heat (you can open to flip halfway);
5. Until the pancetta turns completely golden brown and the mushrooms release their juice; remove from heat without any additional seasonings.
Simple and delicious.
