How to Make Curry Chicken

Ingredients:Three-color chickencut into pieces,1 potato,1 radish, 100ml coconut milk;seasoning: Woh Meicurry chicken mix 1 packet, 1/4 tsp salt;
Steps:1. Wash the chicken and cut it into pieces.2. Marinate with 1/4 tsp salt for a few minutes.



3. Cut the potato and radish into pieces.
4. Pour the Woh Mei curry chicken mix into a bowl, add 400ml water, stir well and set aside.
5. Heat a wok, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, then fry the chicken for 2 minutes.
6. Add the potato and radish pieces, continue frying for another 2 minutes.7. Pour in the mixed Woh Mei curry chicken seasoning.8.|Large
fire turns to low heat and cook for about 25 minutes.
9. After 25 minutes, turn the heat to high, add 100ml coconut milk, and continue cooking until the sauce thickens.
Re-add the potato and carrot pieces, continue to fry for 2 minutes.
