Ingredients:
Smallroast chicken1 whole,ginger,scallions, water, oil, garlic, driedchiliessoy sauce,oyster sauce,MSG
Steps: 1. Clean a small whole chicken weighing over a pound;
2. Boil water in a pot and add salt, ginger, and scallions; once the water boils, put the chicken in, cook on high for 6 minutes then turn off the heat and let it sit covered for 20 minutes;
