Szechuan pepperdry

ginger paste, garlic paste, black pepper, chopped green onion,soy sauce,
sugar,monosodium glutamate
(MSG),hot oil.
Preparation: wash the chicken and put it in a pot with Szechuan pepper to cook until done. Cut into pieces, arrange on a dish.Pour oil into a pan, heat to six-tenths maturity, add fresh Szechuan peppers and dry red chili, stir-fry until fragrant, cool down then add ginger paste, garlic paste, chopped green onion, soy sauce, sugar, MSG, hot oil, mix well, pour over the chicken pieces.
