How do you make Sichuan Steamed Chicken?

Ingredients: young rooster, freshSzechuan pepperdryred chilislices,ginger paste, garlic paste, black pepper, chopped green onion,soy sauce,sugar,monosodium glutamate(MSG),hot oil.
Preparation: wash the chicken and put it in a pot with Szechuan pepper to cook until done.
