
Ingredients: one chicken, a small packet of salted and seasoned chicken powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, an appropriate amount of oil.
Steps:
1. Clean the chicken, dry it, mix the salted and seasoned chicken powder with salt, rub it all over the chicken both inside and out, give the chicken a five-minute massage, then apply oil evenly to the entire chicken;
2. Place the chicken in the refrigerator to marinate for more than four hours;
3. Heat the wok over high heat, add one tablespoon of oil, place the steaming rack into the wok;
