How to Cook Chicken BBQ

Ingredients: One medium-sized chicken.
Ingredients:Ginger,
GarlicSoy sauceSeasoning sauce: salt, sugar,soy sauce,black pepper powder,chili powder,Sichuan pepper powder, and add one tablespoon of char siu sauce.Sugar, add one spoon of barbecue sauce.
Steps:
1. Remove the innards from the chicken, cut it in half,take out the neckandwings,
making it easier to roast;
2. Slice the ginger and crush or slice the garlic heads;
3. In a bowl, mix the seasonings: salt, sugar, soy sauce, black pepper powder, chili powder, Sichuan pepper powder, and add one tablespoon of char siu sauce with the sliced ginger and crushed garlic;
4. Use a spoon to apply the seasoning sauce all over the chicken body;
5. Place the seasoned chicken in a plastic bag, pour the remaining seasoning sauce over it, seal the bag tightly, and refrigerate for more than one day (I prefer 2 days for better flavor), turning it occasionally during this time to ensure even marination;6. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator, place it on a grill rack, lay parchment paper in a baking tray, and roast at 200 degrees Celsius for 40-60 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken and personal preference.
