Ku GouNiuan BianSoup ingredients: 1 piece of niuan bian,Chicken meat250 grams,Goji berriesseeds, scallions, cooking wine,Pepper powder,MSG,Ginger,Cassia seeds,Fine saltas appropriate.
Preparation of Ku Gou Niuan Bian Soup:
1) Scrape off the coarse skin of niuan bian, split it open, clean out the membrane, wash, cut into pieces. Clean chicken meat and ginger, scallions; crush the ginger, tie the scallions into a knot.
