Ingredients:
Sliced meat, green bell pepper,a sharp red bell pepper, dried kelp strips, cooked steamed noodles (use regular noodles if not available, steam them briefly at home),coriander, scallions, ginger, garlic, star anise, milk wine, soy sauce.Steps:1. Marinate the meat slices with milk wine and soy sauce for 10 minutes.Clean the green and red bell peppers, slice them into strips, and rinse the kelp strips.2. In a wok, add oil, then stir-fry star anise, scallion whites, ginger, and garlic until fragrant, then add the meat and cook until it turns transparent.3. Add soy sauce and warm water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.4. Add kelp strips and stir-fry briefly, then add green and red bell pepper strips and stir-fry together.5. Place the noodles on top of the vegetables, cover with a lid and steam for a while. When you hear sizzling sounds in the pot, it means the broth is almost reduced enough; turn off the heat now (do not reduce the soup too much to keep the noodles from becoming overly dry). Mix everything together and garnish with coriander before serving.
The method:
1 Marinate the meat slices with cooking wine and soy sauce for 10 minutes.Wash and cut the green and red bell peppers into strips, and clean the kelp strips for later use.
2 Heat oil in a wok, add,, and garlic to stir-fry until fragrant, then add meat and cook until it turns transparent.
3 Add soy sauce and warm water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
4 Add kelp strips and stir-fry for a while, then add green and red bell pepper strips and stir-fry briefly.
5 Place the noodles on top of the vegetables, cover with a lid and let it steam for a moment. When you hear sizzling sounds inside the wok, the broth is almost done; turn off the heat. Make sure not to reduce the broth too much as that would make the noodles dry. Mix the noodles with the vegetables thoroughly before serving. Sprinkle some cilantro on top when serving.
