How to Make Authentic Home-Smoked Pork Slice?

Ingredients:

Method:
Cut the pork belly into thin slices, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1/3 tablespoon of chicken powder, 1/2 tablespoon of oil and 1/6 tablespoon of white pepper,
Stir well and marinate for 15 minutes.Remove the stem and seeds from the green bell peppers, slice them diagonally into strips, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar, stir well and marinate for 5 minutes. Rinse with water and drain.Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or pan, stir-fry the garlic and ginger until fragrant, then add the pork slices and stir-fry over high heat until the fat is rendered, remove from the wok and set aside.
