Four Joy MeatballsMain ingredients:
Pork meat(Lean and fatty) 400 grams
Ingredients to accompany Four Joy Meatballs:
Chinese cabbage50 grams,
Eggs50 grams
Seasonings for Four Joy Meatballs:
Plant oil 50 grams, cornstarch (40 grams),
Corn starch5 grams,
Black pepper powder5 grams,
Soysauce10 milliliters, salt 10 grams,
Monosodium glutamate10 grams, cooking wine 10 grams, sesame oil 20 milliliters, green onion 5 grams,
Ginger5 grams

Cooking method for Four Joy Meatballs:
1. Chop the pork into mince and place it in a bowl, then add
table salt, monosodium glutamate and black pepper powder, stir in one direction;
2. Add 250 milliliters of water and egg liquid to continue stirring, then add dry starch and mix well, divide into four parts, shape into balls, and fry until golden yellow in oil that is heated to six-tenths hot, remove and drain the excess oil;
3. Chop the green onion and ginger finely;
4. Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut it into strips;
5. Place the pot on a stove, heat the plant oil, stir-fry with green onion and ginger ends, add soysauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, then pour in
clear brothand simmer with the fried meatballs until boiling;
6. Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes, add the cabbage and cook for another 15 minutes or so until the meatballs are well done, then drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
