Ingredients:
Barramundi, salt,
monosodium glutamate, five-spice powder, five-spice seeds,
chili powder.

Method:
1. Clean the fish and make incisions, drain, season with salt and less MSG overnight if possible.2. Pat dry, apply oil on both sides, place on a lined baking tray.
3. Preheat the oven at 170°C.
4. Bake until the flesh turns white.
5. Brush with oil again and bake until the incisions slightly open up.6. Sprinkle the five-spice seeds, bake for another 5 minutes.
7. Sprinkle the five-spice powder, brush with a layer of oil.
8. Bake until fragrant, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
9. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
10. Turn the fish over and repeat the steps above.
11. Add chili powder if you like it spicy..
8 Put it back in the oven for another 5 minutes, and you're done.
9 Do the same for the other side.
10 If you like your dish spicy, add the chili powder at the end.
