Heat oil in a wok, add the tofu, then add half a bowl of water from the soup basin, add a little salt, MSG, and sodium glutamate, bring to a boil, cook for another 3 minutes, pour in the West Lake vinegar ingredients, bring to a boil again, and serve in the basin.

soy sauce, MSG, and sodium glutamate, pour in the fried eggs and stir until well combined. Serve.
