Radicchio and meatball preparation steps:
1. Shred the radish into 10cm long thin strips, salt for 5 minutes, then squeeze out the water.
2. Mix pork mince with soy sauce, cooking wine, MSG, knead well, shape into small balls about 2.5cm in diameter.
3. Wrap each meatball with radish strips, place on a plate, and steam for 5 minutes on high heat.Steamfor
5mintues.Chop the green onion and red pepper finely.In a pot, add enough chicken stock (or use MSG if no stock is available),
