5. Mix 100 grams of the coffee syrup with 150 ml of water and add another 50 grams of sugar into a pot. Bring to a boil, ensuring the sugar dissolves completely before removing from heat and cooling to form a coffee syrup.syrup.
6. Place 750 grams of butter in a stainless steel pot and stir with a wooden spatula until it becomes thick paste. Gradually mix in all the coffee syrup, stirring continuously until fully incorporated, creating coffee-flavored butter sauce.
7. First, pour a layer of coffee syrup on the lower cake layer, then spread a layer of the coffee butter sauce over it.Align and place the upper cake layer on top.Then, pour another layer of coffee syrup followed by spreading another layer of coffee butter sauce.Spread evenly and smooth out.Reserve any remaining coffee butter sauce in a paper cone with a decorative nozzle to pipe designs.Cut into 80 rectangular pieces.
